About us

Golden Quill Writers is a writer's group located in New Boston, Texas.  Our group meets the second Tuesday of the month at the New Boston Rice Street Community Room at 303 Rice Street. The meetings start at 6 pm and conclude between 7- 7:30 pm. 

We welcome anyone interested in the creating or assisting with the created written word in various forms.  Golden Quill Writers has no age limit, so older children can join. We ask that attending children be old enough to be respectful during the hour and half meeting time frame, as there is no available childcare and be interested in at least one part of the book process (writing, editing, graphic design etc.)
